From a young age I knew that I wanted to be in the kitchen making people smile from their Soul. My Great- Grandmother saw that passion and began to share her love for food, family and tradition with me. From Picking veggies and fruit from my Grandparents trees on my summer trips to learning how to turn those fresh finds into amazing treats and savory snack.

As I grew, so did my love for seeing the smile's my food put on the faces of my family and friends. After the loss of my Great-Grandmother Athen, I knew that I had to honor her. What better way to do that than using everything she taught me, so I made the decision before my high school graduation to pursue a Culinary Arts Degree with a Focus on Baking and Pastry.

With baking in my soul and food in my heart, I proceeded to follow my culinary dreams while learning new ways to bring my Great Grandmothers recipes to the masses. After I graduated, I knew that I wanted to open my own business, so I began to into how to turn that dream into a reality.

Armed with my degree and some of the best dessert recipes this side of the Mississippi, Baby Cakes & Co. was born. Finding new ways to turn my Great-Grandmother's fresh grown apples into Carmel Apple Cheesecake, a variety of Puddin, and her Peach Cobbler into something that will show you why I fell in love with food in the first place.

Every treat is made with Love, Care, and one goal in mind TO FILL THE WORLD UP ON LOVE ONE BITE AT A TIME!!!!
